helena on ranger?

ranger is someone helena wants to impress, generally - he's smart, he's upfront, and to her he seems almost unflappable? like she's still under the illusion that he's a human, but at the same time, she finds a lot to admire in him, and so it manifests in her still calling him "mr. ranger," and in general trying to present the best version of herself to him that she can. like she's still mildly embarrassed from having lost her temper in his presence, and it's all that slight bit of anxiety when you want someone to like you, to approve of you, when they're cool and you don't feel as cool.

she couldn't say why other than perhaps it's because he's so direct that he'll be honest in his review, and so it makes it both easier and harder for her. basically she wants to be his friend but worries secretly about how she comes off, and tries to not ask for too much help when she's working or things like that so that it doesn't come off as overreliance. also she fully supports komaranger because they both deserve happiness in her view. ganba, rio!
