for bonnie. sara is an only child who always wanted a sibling so she tends to be pretty soft on younger kids, bb is the second murderchild sara is stubbornly choosing to believe in! Sara finds her very charming, funny, and extremely resourceful and clever. If the things Bonnie says weirds Sara out...well...

Sara does secretly worry bonnie might not come from good circumstances: she's brash, she's kind of violent, she does not talk the way a little kid would...and she entered the practicum. despite her little one off complaints about bonnie wasting bullets, sara really doesn't want anything bad to happen to her! she wants bonnie to make lots of nice memories, and hopefully start to...well sara's not sure! bonnie doesn't seem sad or anything, but she must want to act like a kid sometimes?

Meanwhile! Miyuki and sara haven't talked much but he's the kind of reedy pushover seeming type that sara enjoys bullying (but in a way that means she likes him?) like, if they'd met during the festival she would have probably told him to take her on a date to see if she could wring merit points and food out of him? That kind of bullying? She'd hold his hand to see if he'd react. These days, she knows Miyuki seems to have some interesting romance gossip...? A love interest? Sara is intrigued by that. She does NOT think he seems very murderous or intimidating, but she knows him the least, so somehow he's still a pretty high suspect on her suspect list comparitively. (its just he's been jumped on by so many people theres really no point in her questioning him further).

is it weird when the guy you tried to kill becomes one of the few people who seems to accept the person you are, faults and all? i think i expressed it a bit in recent tags how much sara's initial dislike of komeada meant she didnt care if she acted ugly or cruel towards him...so he ended up being one of the few people she can share her doubts with and drop the responsibility she talks up most of the time. he's been nice and listened to a lot of very intimate fears of hers, so she really cant keep that dislike or projection up anymore. sorry man, he's gotten himself into a friendship situation by accident...she's getting a better idea of who he actually is?

her current opinion of komeada is that he is very strange and doesn't always make sense but he cares a lot and wants to help in his own way. Sara considers him very...kind? even if his kindness is strange and she wants him to stop doing violent things. its not for his own gratification or a game of ideals he's playing...he really does have a human heart like everyone else. she's afraid to lose someone like him to his own plotting or strange thoughts. she'd like to bonk him on the head hard enough all his self hate and obsession with hope fixes itself!! but she'll settle with trying to fret over him as much as she can.

midori...well sara is really afraid of him, she only knew him for a day but he was awful to her. at least all her time at this school has fortified her against him arriving again!! she's come to accept most of the things he said to her that were really traumatizing were true...which isn't great for her self esteem but it does mean she can stand up to him better? the fact that killing him felt awesome still bothers her, but its something to cling to, thinking about how pathetically he begged her when he died. she refuses to be the underdog to him again! she has a murder to solve, she doesn't have time to be toyed with! so i'd sum it up to fear covered by a healthy dose of indignant hate and a liiitttle bloodlust to kill him again. that would solve all her problems, but she cant be the person she wants to be and go down to his level...sigh.

doing kobato FIRST because he's easier. sara thinks he's...fine? like he's a weird flirt, but natsume and subaru have been adjusting her to people that talk like that? her kneejerk reaction is to still think about how her dad would crazy murder guys like him and she doesn't reeaaaaly know how to deal with this kind of attention...but he's nice lil npc guy who liked disney. not sure if he'll enter the catagory of people sara finds fun to tease, or the type she gets flustered and!! talks!! like!! this!! at!!! yet.

sara thinks his glasses are cool. like...an intellectual look! shes not sure how he can see out of them with his bangs so low...haircut....

amami~~ started out as a guy sara was kind of worried about in her usual nosy way...ok no. before that he was the hot guy out of her league who just killed somebody. unusually positive first impression!! his face is still A+ in her brain jsyk! she just knows he has a C- personality now...she KNOWS you flake out of a date because you got stabbed. she doesnt have time for this energy.

he's hard to read, sara is pretty middle of the road perceptive, shes good at sniffing out little details, but amami's smiles often hide a lot...in his heart though she considers him a pretty simple guy. just some dude, if you will. he's another one of those people who cares a lot, but his care seems to manifest in odd ways and she's not sure how to predict it. she trusts THAT he cares, but so much of his plans and thoughts are in the dark she cant help but be a liiitttle paranoid sometimes. its why she assumed the worst of him wanting the contract after maya died. she doesn't know if he'd go that far, but she can't tell how far amami would go, for anything. she doesnt have any kind of sense of his limits. its a bit intimidating, if she sat there and thought about it. what does he want, and how much does he want it?

anyway its a good thing he's just also...a kind of lame and nice guy in daily life. he's friends with the first years, he's nice to keigo, he has no self preservation, and loves putting himself in danger. sara likes hanging out with him!

for ranger danger

rangey...he's been a supportive force in saras life. he still holds the crown for least complex cr...but him being in cahoots with midori might strain that a little. it doesn't matter how brave a face sara puts up, she really is scared of him and the worry that ranger will prefer a fellow floormaster to just some dumb high schooler like her...its scary! don't let it get that far!

in saras eyes ranger might not be a good person...but he tries to work with people, and thats what matters and what shes going to focus on. she doesn't fear him killing people much, but shes not sure he would really understand why its wrong, and internally that can make it difficult. like, hes nice to her and she likes him, but she still remembers the things he did and?? does he know why they were bad?? can he understand...can she understand his own struggles with being an imposter ai? she doesn't hate him, but she does have some more complicated thoughts under the surface! ranger is also just suuuuper mature and not an idiot kid like her and shin so hes got that respect there!

crona thought shin was soooooo lame but nice? nice-ish? im always shocked when i think about how little life experience they have every new person is kind of their own world to crona, its all so novel to them. they had very real physical power over shin, which they enjoyed? but knowing he was a weakling who couldn't hurt them made them feel rather positively towards him. like that pet rabbit they got to keep for a few weeks, but nobody is here to take shin away, so they can just bother him foreveeeer.

sara.....is very angry at shin in a way she can't put words on. sometimes betraying someone makes you angry at them bececause your angry at urself. despite how out of touch with herself sara is, she can recognize that. i think both of them have cooled their tempers a lot since january...but its still so awkward and bitter between them. sara is getting better at not snapping at shin, but shes still just upset when she looks at him and thinks about how much she's messed up.

but she does still like all the things about him she liked in the past. she likes that hes actually nice and sillier then he lets on. that he cares for people who are vunerable, that he's smart...a lot of her wants to be friends again...auuugh its confusing and bad! and with midori back she feels protective of him, but does he even want that? she wants to comfort him. but its haaaaaaard relationships are haaaaaaard.

hhhhh Sara.... yeah that being mad at yourself and then being mad at them for you being mad at yourself and then feeling bad about that.... it kills me, her wanting to be friends again kills me bc they had that time of like. knowing what it was like to actually get along with each other so it's not just some nebulous what could have been like the escape attempt, there's something tangible to miss.

she feels Really bad!! she got him killed! alice seems a bit...hesitant and hurt...sara worries about him regaining his memories of dying, but shin has made her unwilling to lie to him for months again. so she's going to go for it! sorry...she'll take responsibility.

that being said, I think sara has always liked alice as a fun guy! he says things that are confusing but they often give her a new way of thinking about something. she really wanted him to survive, and seeing him again is pleasant in the worst kind of way.

AWW SARA... I can't wait for that conversation... I think for the time being, outside of whenever there are meetings or specific tasks to do, Alice is hanging back a little in ongoing confusion because Sara seemed so uneasy around him, with no apparent explanation for it, whereas she's her normal leader self in other situations like the murder discussions, and her normal odd schoolgirl self when manhandling people or engaging in kdrama activities. So it must be something to do with him specifically, and her awkwardness towards him reminds him of the reactions to his decision to use Safalin's machine, so he's wondering whether she remembers something from The Future that he hasn't experienced.

Someday they will have their weird exchanges again! He may be logic route Alice, but Sara has done her best for everyone (even if he can't fathom certain voting decisions), and he'll still imitate a goat (???) if he has to...

Subaru her bestie...her gingy brother 5ever.

Sara really, really, REALLY likes Subaru. he has a very special place in her heart as a friend. he's always been around and positive and fun with her and she loves doing silly things with him. that he'll go along with her jokes or listen to her worries. its ahhh...even when they argue a lil theres just such a warmth between them and how much they enjoy eachothers company. one thing sara really likes is how affectionate subaru is, its something she enjoys but doesn't really intiate so she DOES like him draping himself all over her like a cat. its cute.

she's also starting to slowly realize subaru is a freaking liar though!! lying for MONTHS!!! he didn't want to talk about the practicum at all, and saras left it at that but she WORRIES about him, and how much he hasn't said. he's angry at amami for no reason sara can see...? its probably about keigo...what else could presumably be so all consuming then subaru's unseen quest to save them, something he won't let her in on! she trusts subaru so much, because she knows he's her friend. she's been choosing to trust in that and she want that trust to pay off...but what is he doing when she's not around. she worries about it...and after the meeting im not sure she's going to let it go if Subaru might be in trouble and not letting anyone help him!

kaede is nice, sara actually likes that kaede is bossy and takes the reigns, people keep comparing them but sara thinks: kaede >>>>>>>>>> sara ngl. how could you not like kaede! she has an awesome musical talent, shes nice, she doesn't take bs, and she has actual morals. ok she's bossy, but sara murders people if they freak her out so this is not a contest. after the disaster with shin its nice for sara to have a roomate she doesn't worry about...in my heart i imagine sara and kaede having good natured war of words debates about roommate stuff. they agree on a lot but they're both so stubborn....the sore wa chigau's could really get going.

they should talk about death games and murders though because they're way more similar then sara currently thinks. kaedes normal aura.

its a liiiiitttle weird to have a crush on a girl and then you turn around and there are two of her? but this nanami is the one sara re-met first, and she feels a responsibility towards her? sara is trying to start from square one with both. Nanami seems fragile, not quite ready for the reality that is yogen school. which really worries sara when she saw how crushed people like say...nene got under the weight of all the deaths that happen here. she wants nanami to succeed! so sara has been trying to get her prepared to be hurt, because its clear nanami has been hurt before, and she doesn't want the next blows to hit her while shes down.

beyond that, she's very nice and sara liked playing games with the other nanami before, so she wants to reignite that kind of hanging out!

Sara is sweet. She's a bit intense sometimes! Clearly Sara's used to being around the school for a little while. But on the other hand, she made Nanami feel at home at Yogen almost immediately, and was very patient and kind with her.

Sara's not necessarily the first person that Nanami will think to look for to hang out with - just because it seems like Sara's got a Lot going on. But she's happy to see Sara around and hang out with her when she can. She definitely wants to get to know Sara better, and also play games with her - both because Nanami wants to play games with everybody, but also to return the favor and bring Sara a bit into her world the way Sara brought Nanami into hers.

sara feels very sad about how much nene has been hurt by the school, but I think she's been slowly picking herself up again, and that makes sara happy! Nene is a great friend that sara likes to eat lunch, gossip, and mess around with, and she wants nene to succeed and feel more confident in herself, because nene has lost so much and she's so strong to keep going after that. her and noah are saras otp 5ever...she wants to third wheel them.

sidney and sara i think still have a pretty solid offscreen classmate bond. she still looks up to him and seeks his advice on things. her getting along with lucifer again has meant shes no longer hiding behind bushes like daaaaaaaad dont date that man he killed eight people. sara rarely needs help with schoolwork but i think if she had any questions sidney is the first person she'd go to and ask. she looks up to him that much!
