The General Impressions Meme

Hi and hello! It's been a hot minute since we had anything like this, so I drafted up a handy little easy-to-fill-out doohickey... But what is it, you might ask? A mish-mash of a general knowledge meme (for handy quick CR-making, handwave-style so you can get past all the boring introduction bits) and a first impressions meme (because who doesn't want to know what a first impression brings)! Have fun, don't stress, and welcome newbies this is as much for you as it is anyone else!

First Impressions
Body Type: Height and general look! Are they short and stubby, or maybe they're petite? Do they have daikon legs, or are they normal? A little on the chubby side, or maybe they're tall?
Style: Are they always in uniform, or do they have something they like wearing outside of class? Do they mix and match? How do they usually do their hair? Do they take care of themselves? Any piercings, tattoos, and so on?
Voice: What's their voice like? Do they speak quietly, or are they always at max volume? Any interesting tics or words they tend to repeat a lot?
Scent: What's their smell? Do they have any perfume, or is it just the soap and water they're given for the showers here? Did they regain anything they like to use? All that kind of thing! Or maybe they're in a club and don't mind smelling like sweat.
Demeanor: How do they carry themselves? Do they act like they're the main character every day of their life, or do they prefer if people just don't notice they're around at all? How would someone else describe your character's disposition at first meeting? How do they move—are they light on their feet, heavy walker, somewhere in-between?
Go-to Conversation: What topic or topics will your character bring up without fail, like how they play piano, or how they used to have a body before... The Incident?
Tallies: Do they hide them, or do they not care? How do they deal with them?

School Life
Dorming: Where do they sleep? In the dorms, in a classroom, what? Do they have any roommates? How do they dress up their personal space?
Class: What class are they in? And for faculty members, what subjects and years do they teach?
Clubs: Any clubs, official or unofficial? Associations and other extracurriculars, such as sports teams or the Student Council, can go here too! How often do they attend?
Studying: Digging into the nitty-gritty: how are they as a student and/or a teacher? Do they slack off in class, do the bare minimum to pass, or maybe they're just not even there most of the time? Are they an attentive teacher, or did they only take the job to get to places regular students can't?
After-School: Aside from clubs and the like, how do they spend their free-time? What's their weekend routine? Doing or solving murders aside, of course!
Mutuals: Who do they hang around the most—that is, if someone knows your character, who else do they probably know?

The Basics
Character Name: Subaru Akehoshi
Age: 18
Canon: Ensemble Stars!!

First Impressions
Body Type: Athletic! He's about average height (5'7"/8"ish for the curious) and build, but it's clear he does some level of sports though, uh, the basketball team isn't looking so great lately.
Style: He's usually found in different levels of casual when he's not in his school uniform, but even his school uniform's got a style to it: he likes to wear a pink hoodie with it especially in the cooler months now, unbuttoned and loose as can be. If there's something of note he's wearing I'll make mention of it, but generally speaking he is Just A Boy. His hair is carefully styled by which I mean he does a little running his hand through it to fluff it up the way his father used to wear it, and at the moment he has no other notable things like piercings but I am looking forward to changing that!!!
Voice: He's got a very excited, bright voice, done by Tetsuya Kakihara and by god youtube has nothing voice clip wise i'm so sorry please enjoy his solo song instead but he's honestly on the higher pitch side of boys, a tenor through 'n through, especially when he's excited. Subaru's always at full volume, and when he whispers it's normal volume. But he can really whisper too, it's just saved for special occasions. You've probably heard him versus ever seen him.

Additionally... He's someone who's been called "incomprehensible" by his friends thanks to his tendency to use onomatopoeia and jumping from point a to d in conversation. Sort of a whiny, childish guy at times, especially when he wants something.

Scent: I described it once as like, very... outdoor. The scent of "sunshine" that people think of on a clear day, that sort of nature-earthy type thing since he's often outside even in the winter. Whatever "clean" smell doesn't last long, and he has lingerings of Natsume's perfumes by being around him, but that's about it.
Demeanor: Subaru's very much the protagonist of his own life and he carries himself like it, full of confidence and ease, with loud laughter and a pep in his step... He's the kind of person you can hear coming down the hall somehow, and yet he's also light on his feet thanks to his training as an idol -- but only when he wants to be, and that's not often enough. When someone looks at him, there's no doubt that he knows exactly who he is, who he wants to be.
Go-to Conversation: Did you know? He likes stars! He's an idol! His dad's dead. He has a dog! Oh, Natsume~'s his best friend! He lives with him and Lena, and down the way's Maddy and Ama-chan and Boss -- he works at the School Store sometimes, see, mostly as advertisement, but he tries to make sure Boss doesn't work too hard with cleaning and stuff like that too, they're reaaaally into their work it's super cute. ♪ Anyway, what's their opinion on soups, sandwiches, and salads?
Tallies: He hides them. It's easy, in the winter time... and he's not too keen on changing around anyone anymore, either. Where he used to freely strip in excitement, he no longer does -- particularly after they returned to their present time, he's been very careful not to be any sorts of naked around his fellow dudes.

School Life
Dorming: He dorms with Helena Adams and Natsume Sakasaki in a four person room, but at the moment that empty bed either belongs to Miyuki Shirogane or is being used as extra storage space (pending murder verdict). Subaru's been collecting suncatchers for as long as the store's been open to selling them, so he's built up quite the number of them...! They hang from the skylight, the railings of his top bunk bed, and line the walls -- he's very much decorated his space with light and warmth. Additionally, he's got stars painted on the wall and ceiling closest to him, different constellations that glow in the dark.
Class: He's part of 3-B! Or was. Is.
Clubs: Officially part of the Astronomy Club and Survival Club... and Basketball Team... And Music Club. But honestly, a lot of these numbers have gone down, so it's most the first two and the latter two being "out of habit, Subaru goes to the Music Room to feel depressed looking at the piano; he goes to the Gym to bouncey ball away his feelings."
Studying: He doesn't study. Despite this, he has some of the higher grades in his year. This is based in canon. Subaru likes to sleep in class, but more than that he often forgets his books and has to buddy up with someone else. Chances are, if you're a friend, he's asked you to share your book.
After-School: Running! Playing at the courts! Hanging out with friends, sleeping under the wisteria tree (even in the snow), and... vibing. Subaru is really the type of person who decides what he'll be doing that day in the moment.
Mutuals: He's seen mostly hanging out around/off of Natsume Sakasaki and Rantarou Amami, though he enjoys the company of like, all his friends... which include like half the school. Somehow, Subaru seems to even like Nagito Komaeda's companionship, and can be found following the guy around from time to time; when he isn't bothering his usual group (this is including Sara Chidouin, ~~Shin Tsukimi~~ Sou Hiyori, Nene Yashiro, and Noah Ebalon) he can be found in the school store with Keigo and the library. Those with spirit sight can know he's friends with Haruka, and is fond of talking to her shrine.
