miyuki...miyuki...miyuki... you are a mess.

that doesn't mean komaeda dislikes him for it, no, through the entirety of this murder... he's stood out. where subaru sat to the side, hoping for other people to get accused, miyuki fought his battles. komaeda liked that about him, that even though the opposite team's cards were pushing him in a corner, miyuki does not give up. it's admirable for being a talentless lover, and this is why komaeda loves the underdogs, they're able to curate hope just by fighting back.

komaeda's never really paid miyuki any mind, and he treats him the way he does because of yogen seniority, shouldn't have died! but he can see the growth coming from him, and how he desires straightforward responses to understand the situation.

that's a flaw too, as albert einstein said, if it is not absurd, then there's no hope in it, which means you have to understand that all paths won't have one direction, there's various hills and slopes, and if he doesn't train himself for those, he'll lose his way and die in a ditch.
