SUBARU THINKS MIYUKI IS SOOOOOOO FUNNY HE WANTS TO BULLY HIM SO MUCH that's how he shows his friendly side, by playfully teasing someone else that absolutely looks like relentless bullying to anyone outside of his mind... he does see a good person in miyuki though, sensing it with gut instinct and natsume's correct thought of how someone like him most likely hadn't done it due to his reaction at the time, and thinks it's punk af that yukichan's got someone he likes...
