Seiya's crabby all the time bc doing his memory thing takes a lot out of him, Sara was right in guessing that, so he doesn't too much like talking with people or being around people, so the people he deals with most are 1) people who are pushy and will follow him if he leaves the room, and 2) people to trade information with. Sara keeps giving him random facts about herself which he thinks is dumb, that's not the sort of information he needs!!! Most of what he's seen of her (trying to get people to not take the practicum, organizing the blood drive, leading murder meetings) kind of confirm to him that she's somebody who gets into everybody's business and tries to point them in the right direction, and he thinks that's a good thing— you *need* people like that who are capable and willing to lead— but it becomes a bad thing when he gets involved. He's sick of her shit and thinks she wastes his time but she's a good person, essentially
