Rika Furude [古手梨花]

HEIGHT: Short. I put her at around 137cm, which is about 4'5".
WEIGHT: Slender.
GENDER: Female
HAIR: Honestly depends on the adaptation, but it's described in the visual novels as strictly blue, even though it's very much on the blurple scale.
EYES: Purple
ORIGIN: Hinamizawa, Japan, 1983
LANGUAGE: Japanese
VISION
Rika is rather slender and has a hime cut. She has a bit of muscle, but it's very much on the 'model' side of things versus an athletic build.
SOUND
Very high pitched normally and childlike. She's voiced by Yukari Tamura and basically sounds like this; she usually refers to herself using the pronoun of ぼく (boku) which is known for being a bit more masculine and childish, uses a lot of onomatopoeia and typically ends her sentences with 'なのです' (nano desu).
However, when she sports on her more mature voice (which will always be noted in tags) her voice drops into something deeper and she switches her pronoun to 私 ('watashi') which is much more neutral and drops all of the childish mannerisms, as can be heard here. Spoilers for Higurashi in that clip, by the way.
SCENT
She just smells like whatever the normal shampoo and soap smells like, to be honest.
MISC
Her eyes will sometimes turn red; she will usually speak in her lower register when this happens. The eyes are just pure aesthetic, they don't do shit.
himeko inaba / kokoro connect
Himeko Inaba [稲葉 姫子]
AGE: 17 (upon arrival), although technically a birthday has passed so she'd be 18 now?

ORIGIN: Yokohama, Japan, 2012.
LANGUAGE: Japanese, primarily. However, she also knows English and various amounts of computer languages and codes.
VISION
She's described in the novels as someone that looks slender and like a model. She doesn't slouch in the slightest bit and has basically perfect posture on a good day. Also, Inaba will never be seen without wearing this pendant around her neck.
SOUND
Inaba speaks rather casually, although she will speak much more formally when it benefits her. Her manner of speaking is noted to be much more masculine and rough. She's voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro, and can be heard here.

HAIR: he's Gone Through Some Stuff in Yogen so his hair is currently a bit closer to this but invert the placements of the silver & black. None of my icons reflect this because that's a Yogen-only thing godbless.
EYES: Blue with white pupils. The white pupils are very, very noticeable. Re: going through some stuff he wears an eyepatch over the right one, the Practicum kinda stole it.

LANGUAGE: great question, since this information doesn't seem to matter on Elrios I would say "Common" to be fantasy-typical. Elsword being a Korean game I do use some Korean words (mostly hyung/형) when playing him because I do what I want.
VISION
Other than the above the kid is pretty well-muscled, on account of swinging around a sickle as large as he is. His left arm from fingertip to elbow is stained a murky black from his shadow magic, and he's absolutely covered in scars from like So Much Combat. Also I refuse to believe he brushes his hair, he kinda just wakes up and runs his hands through it and he's like okay boom done I am presentable (he is not).

My favourite description of him from the art book is: "Soft curls make a fluffy hairdo. It looks messy, but his lack of concern for straggling hair is what completes his tender attractive image." He's on the thin-lean side, not particularly muscular but not a total twig either. About 15% of the time he's wearing glasses that might look familiar to anyone who knows a certain NPC. In colder weather he alternates between pink and blue, and autumn-coloured scarves.
SOUND
A soft voice and a lighthearted way of speaking. He often sounds super sketchy from being vague.

Sandalwood and green tea. Clean laundry and expensive soap.
MISC
He has an impressions page. He's often injured. He ignores people who talk to him from his left side very often. He's a nervous smiler. He's always hovering around Keigo, and if you think he seems overprotective you'd be right. He always gestures with his hands when talking. He goes to the library when he's depressed. He takes his lunches in the first year classroom most days with Meng Yao, Chiaki Kudo, and/or Nagito Komaeda. Mise said he's allowed to hang out in Star 4 now.

Sara has a very distinctive way of talking: loudly and bluntly, with a lot! of!! emphasis! when she gets worked up. One thing that is hard to translate from Sara's original Japanese is how coarsely she speaks, its very rough and to the point, with a lot of polite context cut out. (For example in main games/trials, she says chigau (thats wrong) where a DR would "say sore wa chigau yo" (that differs from what you think). It's not a very traditionally feminine way of talking, and even if Sara doesn't have an especially deep voice, she comes across as very blunt and harsh in how she chooses her words.
SCENT
She does use scented lotions and shampoo's, so she smells faintly of those (those few months without showers will NOT be missed). Strawberry shampoo is her favorite, and the most consistent scent, but sometimes she'll switch it up with an orange scented one. Otherwise just smells like a Normal Teen ngl.

Loves things with black cats...has about 15 stuffed black cats and a bunch of themed gifts for Christmas. At this point her bed has become an absolute nest of cat toys and blankets. Bel can't evade her forever.

ORIGIN: The Devildom, aka Hell; Obey Me canon takes place in the modern Earth, so the last year he was physically involved in was 2021.
LANGUAGE: English & also whatever the demon language is called (demonic??? I dunno). It's heavily implied he might speak other languages because he's Old; for Biblical reasons they're likely Latin & Hebrew, but none of that is confirmed by canon because I don't play from canons that make sense.
VISION
He has two forms which he can freely swap between, though he usually only enters demon form if a) a strong emotion occurs and forces a switch or b) he ends up needing his wings for something. Obviously his appearances are slightly different in either form. He's canonically jacked too. When he was an angel, he ripped off 2 of his wings after he Fell, which leaves him with only 4 remaining (I hc that his wings are Very Large as I'm pretty sure they're only that small ingame due to sprite/screen limitations). I like to think there's some chunky scars on his back from where he ripped those wings off. Despite artists involved in the game drawing him fairly younger I like to imagine he's closer to his early 40s in appearance so please finely age him like wine in your mind. Give him smile lines and crow's feet. It's cute.

LANGUAGE: i guess they would call it Elrian........ ok i actually have too many opinions on this nonexistent language from an MMO no one cares about BUT: Korean game, but the setting is vaguely western fantasy and nearly all of the characters speak their skill names and occasionally random phrases in English except for the ones that are specifically themed to different countries/languages, so in my mind Elrian is a funky mix of Korean and English.
VISION
surprise he's a weird mutant and a shapeshifter that can change his age at will SO UHH
Usually appears in his small/young form that appears to be around 12 or so, with most of his more fucked up mutation stuff hidden under clothing. The only thing he can't hide is his left eye, which has the black schlera thing going on. His eyes glow sometimes and probably look cool up close because they're cyborg eyes. Wears a lot of layers, always wears a choker over his neck, strongly prefers to wear gloves, basically the only skin you will ever consistently see of Add's is his face.
His older/"true" form has parts of his body that have turned into what looks like broken bits of glowing whitish-purple crystal, mainly covering his left shoulder, right elbow, and left foot. The glowing crystal bits will seep through clothing because it's actually weird void stuff, he literally cannot hide it, it will be noticeable in this form. His teeth are sharp because ???? idk that just Happens, it's fine, he has shark teeth in true form. Also his hair is in a constant state of Horrible Rat's Nest while also being down to his ankles, someone please make him brush it...

Voices!!! he does the dorky villainous laugh thing like... a lot. it's super obnoxious but he thinks it makes him sound badass.

VISION
Helena has good posture for someone her age, and takes care every day to make sure she's presentable, whatever that currently means. Just because she can't see herself doesn't mean she is careless of people's opinions. Whether it means her school uniform is neat and clean or that her casual wear is up to snuff, there's a level of fine detail in how she looks to the world, from neatly brushed hair to the glasses that she wears. Though useless, they're a memento from her father, and she wears them daily for that reason. The other thing she'll never be without is her cane - it's her way of navigating the world, and she'll never leave it behind. Also it will never break because I say so.
She definitely looks to be exactly at her age, and has an average to skinny build - she swims a few times a week to keep herself active. To compensate for her height, she's often in some form of short heels to add a couple of inches back on, and for casual wear she likes separates that go together easily, preferably soft to the touch. Whatever she wears though, she's very modest, and refrains from showing her arms above the elbow. In Yogen, since her birthday she's taken to wearing a certain set of geometric earrings regularly to make herself feel more grown up.
SOUND
Her voice is quieter, and a little higher pitched, but always friendly and usually pretty even. It's a feat to get her to raise her voice beyond a comfortable speaking level, and she's a touch deliberate in how she chooses her words, falling into thoughtful pauses when she really wants to get the right idea across. Helena errs on the side of politeness when speaking to people, and while she may use first names, they always have an air of respect to them, except for the fondness that's around her when she speaks to close friends. When she's flustered, upset, or really excited, her words will speed up though and she's liable to blurt out whatever she thinks.
Since canon won't give me reliable voice acting, the closest thing I can give is these clips for a voice that's very close to how I envision her speaking style and tones.
Also, it's easy to tell when she's coming, because her cane gives a distinctive tap-tap in a steady rhythm that she uses to echolocate her surroundings.
SCENT
Fitting with the fact that she looks to the details, Helena's someone who showers on a strict schedule. The most you'll probably get is clean laundry, though she'd choose warmer scents for herself if she had the choice. Occasionally if she's been cooking she smells like whatever she just made, or the faint scent of chlorine will stick to her after a swimming day.
MISC
Uses her slate and stylus to take notes and write in class. Loves to visit the library and usually asks the librarian to special order books for her. Sometimes Nene does her nails. Is in the Robotics and Programming Club learning how to code. Has scars, but you'll never see them.

Voice!! Since he's a sickle he doesn't have like... lungs or a mouth or anything, so notably he doesn't ever have to pause for breath except out of habit. He is also very good at controlling his emotions in how he speaks for the same reason.

HAIR: Teal
EYES: Also teal, but it can appear as anywhere from light blue to pale green in canon, likely due to lighting. Sometimes the pupil seems to glow a light blue but this probably is about as diegetic as Your Turn To Die’s hope/despair spirals.
ORIGIN: An unknown town or city in Japan; his apartment was walking distance from the rough side of town.
LANGUAGE: His native language is Japanese; he's also learnt a little braille while in Yogen.
VISION
Under his slightly baggy clothes Shin’s build is ‘twig’ to ‘worried grandma magnet’, but even if he built muscle (and he has been somewhat, due to parkour and swimming practice and not being half-starved and shut in all the time) he’d top out at lithe. He’s actually got quite some potential for hysterical strength and speed, being able to dent a metal casing with rotten wood, and race down a corridor in record time, but his stamina isn’t good (again though, improving with better diet, sunlight and exercise) and he can’t open a stuck cabinet door. This speed is probably behind his amazing ability to Just Vanish on you, and it’s counterpart to Just Appear From Nowhere. He’s very short and light, so easy to pick up.
His spine is usually bent in some way, from a slight lean to a full on curve. If he ever has a completely straight back, something has gone wrong; that’s not Shin. He has a tendency to cross his legs when sitting on various chairs/tables/desks/benches etc and tends to stick to areas of a room that are a) warm, b) have clear lines of sight and c) with back to a wall. He often has his left hand in his pocket and his right hand holding onto or fiddling with his scarf especially when thinking or nervous, or held up and out as gesture. He’s right-handed and short-sighted, so sometimes he’ll be squinting at distant objects.
His hands are slender, with long fingers and bony as hell. They have some amount of calluses from Gardening Club work and parkour. They’re cold, with thready veins; his circulation is bad and his heartbeat slow in general due to the aforementioned past food difficulties. There’s seven tallies on the wrist. The nails are kept short for typing; bitten off. They show the spoonlike dip of malnutrition, though there’s more healthy growth coming in at the cuticle. His hands, and his skin in general, is soft and very clean.
His hair is exactly as soft and fluffy as it looks; he doesn’t really brush, style or maintain it beyond using shampoo and clipping it with scissors when it starts getting in his eyes. Apart from where it’s gotten annoying/is in easy reach, it’s about 3.5cm longer now than it is in the icons. He likes to have it down past his ears to keep them warm and muffle sound due to sensitive hearing.
There’s a set of photorealistic art a fan did for Your Turn To Die and Shin’s is the third in. His face is thin, with a pointed chin, although it’s losing its gaunt, angular look and rounding out again. There aren’t really any identifiable marks, and he’s got some persistent eyebags running down the inner corners of his eyes. Shin has chronic babyface and as John Mulaney puts it since highschool “hasn’t looked older, just worse”. He’s got some very nice eyelashes, and his skin is showing that he’s actually getting some sun now.
Shin smiles. Constantly. He smiles when he's happy, sad, upset, smug, simmeringly angry, channelling customer service and as a stress response, with and without teeth. When he's not smiling, his face is generally neutral, often with the lower half hidden in his scarf. As a result this can make him hard to read in general. It takes a great deal of stress for it to break this pattern; when that happens he often grimaces and throws out his splayed hands, leaning forward in a posture I like to call the 'distressed jazz hands', or otherwise he gets a small worried look of varying flavours. Often when something isn’t going well he’ll get up and pace, doing things like repeatedly taking his beanie off and putting it back on. He also tends to avoid eye-contact, looking away, glancing sidelong or closing his eyes unless he’s serious about something, has the upper hand, or needs to place his full attention.
Shin's known for his signature ensemble of dark brown shoes, light brown pants and shirt, belt, warm and comfortable purple jacket, beanie and scarf, which hides a key hanging around his neck. A knife might be visible in his left jacket pocket to the eagle-eyed. These days the scarf he wears is a handknit mint green instead of the dotted red present in his icons, and his beanie usually is a handknit dark green one although cat-eared ones may make an appearance. Both were made by Nene and are comfort objects; Shin gets sentimental about items in general and tends to choose comfort over style.
He also has two Yogen uniforms, and a Sonnobenno High School one (moderate spoilers), a blue with white square spirals summer festival (minor spoilers) yukata complete with sandals and odd mask, and a light blue and white striped convenience store outfit, but he wears these in that order under duress and the demands of laundry and clothes-theft.
Due to his health, Shin's healing is a little slow in general. Shin's left hand is littered with various healed cuts, made by steadily getting better at acquiring a drop of blood with the minimum amount of knife-slicing. Small ones particularly collect at his fingers, and there's generally one or two that are still healing. Around his neck, hidden by his scarf is a ring of healed chafe scars about two fingers in width, like you'd get from being handcuffed too long. As of the end of January, the hand-shaped bruise that was there has healed.
Shin also has a Y-shaped surgical scar on his chest from heart surgery. The closest he's gotten to showing it is being down to his shirt, clotheswise.
Shin's soul is also scarred; vision that can spot such damage will find a wound radiating out like a gunshot through a glass window at his right shoulder. It shows signs of having begun to heal from the outside in; but this has slowed recently, leaving it three-quarters closed. There's also the knotted scar-lines of past soul damage around his heart and neck.
SOUND
The closest we have to a canon voice for Shin are these two voice clips (0:55 to 1:34) from a Nankidai stream. It's a very soft, quiet, breathy, uncertain voice littered with pauses, often almost turning into a muttering, sometimes straightening to turn low and pointed, sometimes trying to mimic this voice (moderate spoilers). A similar style of speaking I have been told is Otto Suwen from Re:Zero, which I can't find clips for :' ). There's a slight hoarse rasp to it now thanks to vocal cord damage and strain on top of that, and though it's been healing it's up in the air of if there'll be lingering aspects.
Shin often peppers his speech with a short laugh - ahaha - often to cover up nervousness, and may similarly stutter a little or trail off, sometimes in thought. He'll often lop off the front of his sentences, and while he'll often end them in things like 'right?' or 'isn't/doesn't/won't it?'. He otherwise doesn't really use hedges. When startled or taken off guard he tends to go ‘waugh!’ or 'urk!' and occasionally he’ll go err and umm. Most of his verbal tics except the laugh disappear when he’s projecting confidence.
His speech ranges from customer service polite (he is upset with/dislikes/cautious around/just doesn’t know you) to everyday casual. He’s very prone to sarcasm. When he's happy he actually breaks out the exclamation marks and might even speed up and begin to ramble. When he's angry his speech becomes low, pointed and vindictive, like a striking snake or conversely way too strainedly happy-sounding, like the whole situation is one big joke on him. When he's stressed enough to lose his composure he starts shouting, hands splayed, and this usually overrides other emotional tones. One day I’ll figure out what he’s doing in the OG Japanese, but I find it very funny he does say ‘yareyare’.
Shin’s also a very silent walker; the type who you’re like ‘wait when did you get here?’ He’ll deliberately make noise by scuffing his feet a little for Helena. On the flipside his hearing is very good to the point it’s the sense he can share with others.
SCENT
According to a character with a sensitive nose, Shin canonly smells 'gloomy'. I've taken this to mean as he smells like a room that hasn't been aired out, and this is still true in Yogen, given Moon 1 has no windows. He also smells faintly of soap, laundry detergent and shampoo just as a product of his habits of cleanliness, which are scented like however the student store ones are scented. He'll pick things that smell nice to him but not really use anything with an air towards smelling nice himself as opposed to just not smelling bad. I feel like he used Axe or equivalent in high school to fit in, but he doesn’t now.
Otherwise noteable is a faint smell of paper smoke and lighter flame that sometimes clings to him, usually most noticeable in the mornings. Occasionally he'll smell of isopropyl alcohol if he's been cleaning his laptop, and chlorine after swimming in the pool with Helena. Apart from that it's what a nose would pick up of places he's been and things he's eaten or cooked (often miso soup). He smells completely human, because he is.
MISC
Here’s his Inventory with a description of how he’s personalized Moon 1. His homeroom is 3-E and also the location of the Gardening Club, and he teaches a Computer Science elective. He tends to avoid the Common Room now due to the paintings, although he needs to go through it to get to the kitchen. When it’s cold outside he tends to stick to his dorm room, the faculty office (suffering) or the Gardening Club room where he’s placed a large heater.
During warmer times he can be found in the library studying or reading (often with Helena, or keeping Haruka company), the workshop where the Robotics and Programming Club lives or with the Game Club in 1-B. Oftentimes he’ll disappear and be in hard to find corners: the crawlspaces (carefully avoiding the centipede in there, and lying on the hot water pipes), the clocktower, the burnt out fourth floor or the pool after dark. He likes dark spaces and sunbeams in general. He tends not to stick around outside and particularly avoids the roof where possible, and doesn’t frequent the Void as much any more.
He’ll usually hang out where someone he already knows is making food like a stray cat, especially if it’s his favourite food soup, or to hang out with them in general, and otherwise tends to keep to himself or seek people out only for a particular reason. He’s not unfriendly if you just go up to him… just awkward and a little internally suspicious. Nowadays he’ll also tend to gravitate to the background of crowds, and doesn’t like secret meetings so much any more. He’s the sort to listen more than he speaks; he likes hearing people he likes talk, and rambles himself if you get him on the topic of his passions such as computer specs. He likes to wait and assess what’s going on and wait for a good opportunity before appearing or speaking.
He also knows a little magic; he can currently make a tiny flame or electrical spark from a fingertip, but his main forte is the magitech he’s getting better at, because it fits right in with his existing ways of thinking about programming. This has also improved his drawing skills; he can draw a mean circle now. He also naturally has the ability to get Premonitions in a tense situation, which tell him an opponent's next move, although it doesn't tell him when they'll make it or what he should do about it.
There's school rumors that he's killed people due to a habit of accidentally getting covered in blood and then wandering around, is a chuuni, has a weapon (true), that if he looks you in the eye something terrible will happen, and that he's in Komaeda's harem. He's probably accrued more by now.
