I think there's definitely potential here for further cute interactions; Nene is already someone who sets off Alice's big brother mode as well by virtue of her being young and sweet and stuck in a relatively dangerous place. If they get to know each other better over time, while Alice figures that she must have plenty of other people to turn to (and he can imagine that she supports others herself), that will increase.
