kazuki her beloved gardening mentor...she really does respect him and by now knows about him being a people eating monster and has decided that doesn't matter any. what matters is how he is currently, and she thinks in another life she would be happy to be just taught by him and gaining a connection to growing things. she's thinking about him more frequently as they can get into the forest now and she'll be traversing it because she meant what she said to the little one...remembering his forest words.

really, he strikes her as older and somewhat tired and she wants him to be able to rest but also feel all the gratitude all the students have for him. if she was younger i can imagine her being one of the kids to bring him a cool feeling rock and being very proud of this. even though she can only talk to him sporadically she hopes he's doing okay even though no one has come to murder him yet.
