nanami: god as you know she is the moment but also komaeda's closure. she's a very important person to him due to being modeled after the person he called hope himself, so she has so much weight in his life, in his death, think its so cute she worked hard and made that happen. he cares about her way too much, i think it's an honest love actually knowing the position that he's in, but that love will die down to a sibling sort of love, which is a new love for him because he has love for his kids, but family is really rare for him. right now they're arguing in yogen so you know how that goes, it's not even arguments, it's emotions vs. emotions, but they're going to be okay because once they're past that, she'll have her idiot again where he puffs up his jacket or mimics her, or do whatever little wholesome thing komaeda does. he can be at ease, still a little freak, but you can tell that they're from the same point of information, had been through it all so he feels like a sense of understanding.

as for midori, he's interested in her because of the information she gave him, but i find that he'll be super interested in her soon from the way our threads are going!?!? he's a medical man at heart, and she's always sleeping and does she take care of herself, can she become a test subject, but mostly she's an ai so he'd be interested in her code, and maybe open her up more if she's just locked to a certain setting in her feelings... midori can help with that.

i know komaeda treats ranger like a human, but komaeda doesn't even see people as people so he just treats him how he treats people... which i guess... works for them. i do feel like ranger should have killed komaeda when he had the chance. anyway, as much as komaeda is a loner, i think he's happy that there's someone who can understand him, and that he genuinely likes ranger's company, and walking with him place as a set of two along with making conversation about unorthodox things. that's his partner now, and he knows he can't get out of it.
