The Common Knowledge Meme

Maybe you're classmates. Maybe you hang around the same stairwell. Maybe, realistically, your characters should be doing battle over the dormitory's only kitchen for dinner rights—but since it isn't possible to thread everything out with everyone all the time, let's make things easier!

Protocol:
1. Post with your character(s) and list things that could be considered "common knowledge" around the school, including anything you think people might know or notice even if your characters haven't ever met or spoken directly. Yogen's a pretty big school, after all. Feel free to make categories if you feel like it'll help!

Fun ideas to include...
An average day or week for your character.
Things people might notice right away by looking at them (how they dress, notable scars, etc).
Behaviors people might notice by seeing them often.
Places they can usually be found and what they do there.
Small facts that might come up in conversation about your character.
Little things your character does for other students (who else here is making lunches for their NPC friends).

2. Then go reply to other people with relevant common knowledge/headcanon between your characters!

Fun ideas to consider...
How your characters might know one another (same classes, same floor, similar interests, nine degrees of separation).
Anything specific they might have noticed about them recently (like changes in activity).
How often they see each other or spend time with/around each other.
Recent developments they might be aware of that've likely been handwaved.
Who they might be familiar with by proxy (for people who might complain talk about their roommates, classmates, other students in general, etc).

3. Use this opportunity to handwave some CR or plot things! Got something you think your character's CR should know but haven't had a chance for it to come up? Is there someone your character sees often enough or hears about often enough that there's some basis for CR but you just haven't had the chance to talk about it? Now's your chance.

Most of all, have fun and don't stress!

I like to think that if Nene's ever sitting at a table reading in the library in the evening/night, sometimes Haruka comes over and sits on the floor beside her chair and flips through her picture books, it's like hanging out but you're both doing your own thing

the nurse comes back after break and sees Sidney there with a missing arm and just covers her face with her hands, if he needs stronger painkillers, she's got him covered. I was going to say she sneaks him alcohol bc he looks like he needs it but you're not supposed to drink while on pain meds so never mind, maybe when he's feeling better

Stephanie pretty much always wears her school uniform. The only parts of her canon outfit that she usually wears is her headband, bracelets, and sneakers.

When happy, she has a tendency to skip rather than walk.

Honestly, she's just always moving. Her hands, her head, her feet. Lots of energy of various types.

She's doing rather well in school, for someone who had to basically make up for lacking a middle school education.

Her drawings look like someone took a photo and ran it through a photoshop filter. Because that's actually literally what happened.

Nearly every piece of advice or word of wisdom she's given people in this game is directly cribbed from Sportacus. It's when she starts going off book that things tend to get a little messy. It's her increasing tendency to consider what Robbie would do that's increadibly concerning.

She misses everything about her home, but it's missing Sportacus that's especially tearing her to pieces. So she might be a little overly sensitive about it.

She has absurd upper body strength for a child. I could have put "single-handedly kept a massive airship tethered to the ground" in her abilities section and it would have been completely true. Instead, she's just stupidly good at climbing.

She still has two command spells.

She always had a rule that she would only write about nice things in her diary. This rule has become the opposite recently.

As the official superhero in charge of foiling the Ethics Club and their vile misdeeds, she mildly stalks every member of it. She thinks she's a very good secret agent and that she can't be seen snooping around the hallways. She's very wrong, and very pink.

also how did I forget this one: she still goes to bed, every night, at 8:08PM. this doesn't mean she's asleep, or sleeping well.
